Oh-Oh-Oh!

soo today is easter!! happy easter or felices pascuas as they say in spanish. the last few days have been nice, although it kind of sucks everything was closed due to "semana santa". i guess that been for so long living on miami i kind of forgot how is it to be back to "latino world" where there's more holidays than work days.

we've been trying to get a place, yet no luck because everything is closed... ;-|

on friday quinn got here, so we went to show her around the area of "Las Cañitas" and did some walk around Palermo... really nice neighborhood full of galleries and mercados. i loved Palermo Soho, some really nice stores and places to eat.

we also went to this place called Shamrock.. a mix of irish and argentine. one thing i have to say: It's Sick!! People Here Make Out in Every Corner!! after a while is kind of annoying. --- anyway, shamrock was good. we had a few beers and laughed a lot.

that's one thing i've done the most!! LAUGH a lot!! the girls are really nice and kind of mean as well-- in a good way ;-) which sucks for brad since he needs to deal with us! hehehehehheehehe

soo, then saturday emmet got here. she came from sweden and she loves orange!!! she reminds me of mrs. carla zayas all happy and easy going... during the day we went to Recoleta and visit the cementary. since i haven't yet look for all the sight seens in the area i missed Evita Peron's grave. ;-( -- i will go back eventually. at night we had a "parrillada" here at the hostel. OMG, soo much food!! delicious choripan and insane chimichurri criollo... that's the best thing ever of baires... the food! i think its pretty clear in all my posts.... hehehehe

ohhh good story, i ask one guy: donde puedo coger el bus.... "where can i take the bus?" turnes out coger here means to fuck! lol another one for the book....

i also learned the weird names they have for fruits like: anana = piña = pineapple. pomelo=toronja=grapefruit

also everything here has olives and ham and cheese!-- weirdly they put olives but with pit!! i almost broke a tooth.., not good!! not good!!

today we went to San Telmo close to downtown. they have every sunday "el tianguis" which is a market where they sell all kind of goods and antiques. tons of leather too and cheap!!

tomorrow we start at the agency! gotta love latin peeps... we need to go at 10:30am for breakfast! lol
yeah right in the US is at 8am and you need to bring your own breakfast! hopefully they will not serve "facturas" hehehehe

ohhh it also got pretty cold today around 60 degrees. time to use all the jackets and scarfs!! gotta put on use all the outfits from those 3 suitcases! lol

ok, peace for now from baires! ché, buenas noches boludos!
